It seems you are trying to modify instance plating behavior on blueprints, however, instances are managed in the C++ code for the plugin. If you have two conflicting layers of behavior for an instance, it may produce unexpected behavior.

What are you trying to achieve in this case?

we want scale, rotate, delete, spawn instance,
like, when we dig the vox terrain, we want the instance delete when we delete the downside of the terrain vox, so the instance will not float in the air.

Instances are already scaled, rotated, etc. based on planting rules. Also, if you remove the voxels to which the instance is attached, the instance is removed. There should be no instances in the air.

Can you post a screenshot of the mesh you are instancing? If the instance mesh is too wide, the floating parts may come from a neighbor instance that is anchored to terrain. This sketch shows this problem and how it can be caused by planting wide instances near edges:
