Hello, I have just started working with voxel farm and I am still very noob. I need to import a landscape in tiles that I have made in world machine to voxel farm, texturize with the rgb map some important areas and paint the details with my materials with displacement in voxel. I need a landscape with destructible floor and high definition poly. My platform is Unreal Engine. Can someone help me understand how to do this? Thank you!

There is a guide on the documentation that shows how to import a World Machine terrain. If you have  the terrain already created, scroll a bit down to get to the import part:

http://www.voxelfarm.com/doc.html?creating-terrain-using-world-machine

This video tutorial covers the basics of terrain, we recommend you check it out:

There are other documentation resources available here:

If you go to the "Learn" menu in voxelfarm.com, you will find a section there labeled "Procedural Generation". Several entries there deal specifically with terrain creation.

Thanks for the help! As a last question, how could I paint a material with real displacement in my landscape? Would that displacement have a collision for my character?

Each layer in a biome applies a displacement map and a material. There is no way to pain these layers directly in Voxel Studio, you will need a software like Photoshop to hand-paint the mask used to apply the displacement and material.

The character will have collisions versus the terrain, regardless of how many layers you have or how complex they may be.
